All coaching starts with understanding your context, strengths, and goals.
From there, we agree a focused coaching plan usually six to eight sessions over three to six months.
I use proven tools and frameworks including:
CliftonStrengths, scaling models, OSCAR, STEPPA, T-GROW, and CLEAN which are all adapted to your situation and learning style.
Sessions are structured but flexible, combining reflection, challenge, and accountability.
